THE COMPANY

Montanwerke Brixlegg is an Austrian company with a history rich in tradition. Copper and silver haave been produced in Brixlegg for over 500 years (History).

The export ratio is over 80%, our products are characterised by high brand awareness and excellent quality and have a widely diversified range of application which is what sets our products apart. The “BRX” brand is a trademark which is recognised all over the world.

Since June 2004, Montanwerke Brixlegg AG has been a part of the A-TEC Industries AG (Owners) with its headquarters in Vienna. This international group of industries is a successful operator in the fields of plant engineering, propulsion technology, machine tool manufacture, and minerals and metals and employs about 13,000 people there.

With the takeover by A-TEC a new senior management team was put in place in Brixlegg (Board) .
